Nancy Molfenter, Associate

Nancy Farnon-Molfenter holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from Northeastern University and has been working in the field of disability services for almost twenty years.  Nancy has worked as a special educator, transition coordinator, and administrator for both home and employment support organizations providing a range of services to citizens with disabilities. She has worked as a quality assurance specialist, an advocate, and a service coordinator.

In recent roles with WI APSE and National APSE, Nancy coordinated trainings and conferences on integrated employment as well as conducted training with job seekers, family members and other employment professionals.  She was instrumental in the effort to develop an Employment First Coalition in WI. Nancy is trained in both Essential Lifestyle Planning and PATH planning.

In addition to her work in conference planning and employment projects with InControl Wisconsin, Nancy is currently assisting APSE with public policy efforts related to employment for citizens with disabilities.  Nancy is pursuing a Ph.D. through the department of Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
